Starlink Hardware Kit
The Starlink hardware kit may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the hardware purchase price, provided it is in like-new, resalable condition with all original components and packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day window to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Monthly Service
The purchase of the Starlink hardware is a separate transaction from the monthly service subscription. You may cancel your monthly Starlink service at any time directly through your Starlink account. Refunds for monthly service are subject to Starlink’s billing policies.
