Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Star High Speed Satellite Internet website (the “Service”) operated by starhighspeedsatelliteinternet.com/ “Zorika Mary” (“us”, “we”, “our”, “Dealer”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Authorization and Relationship
Star High Speed Satellite Internet is an authorized independent dealer for Starlink satellite internet services (“Starlink”). We are an independent contractor and are not an agent, partner, or joint venture of SpaceX, the owner of the Starlink brand. All Starlink hardware, services, and related trademarks are the property of SpaceX.

2. Service Orders and Eligibility
By placing an order through our website, you are authorizing us to submit your order to Starlink on your behalf. Final approval for service, installation, and all aspects of the provided internet service is solely at the discretion of Starlink. We facilitate the sale but do not guarantee service availability for any specific location.

Service Availability: Starlink services sold through this site are currently available for installation in nationwide. Service availability is subject to Starlink’s network capacity and is not guaranteed in all areas. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that their location has an unobstructed view of the sky.

3. Pricing and Fees; No Hidden Costs
We are committed to transparent pricing. The total cost for Starlink service includes the following:

One-Time Hardware Cost: The Starlink Kit is $175. This is a one-time purchase.

Shipping Fee: A standard shipping fee will be applied to your order.

Monthly Service Fee: The standard monthly service fee for residential service is $120 per month.

Taxes: All applicable state and local sales taxes will be added to your order.

You will be shown the full, itemized total before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.

4. Speed and Performance Disclaimer
Important: Internet speeds are variable and are not guaranteed. Starlink provides service with expected download speeds, but many factors can affect performance, including network congestion, obstructions (trees, buildings), weather, and other environmental conditions. Speeds listed on this site are “up to” speeds based on Starlink’s published specifications and represent potential maximums, not a guaranteed minimum. Starlink does not guarantee a specific quality of service (QoS).

5. Data Policy
Starlink services are provided under a Fair Use policy. While most residential plans currently do not have hard data caps, during times of network congestion, users who exceed a priority threshold may experience slower speeds compared to other users. Please refer to Starlink’s official policies for the most current information on data management.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Hardware Returns: The Starlink hardware kit may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the hardware cost, provided it is in like-new, resalable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Service Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly Starlink service at any time directly through your Starlink account. However, the purchase of the Starlink hardware kit is a separate, one-time transaction and is not refundable after the 30-day return period. Prorated refunds for monthly service are subject to Starlink’s billing policies.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Your Business Name, e.g., “Star High Speed Satellite Internet”] and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. 8. Links To Other Web Sites

In no event shall starhighspeedsatelliteinternet.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) the performance or non-performance of Starlink internet service; (iii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iv) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

11. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

13. Changes To Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
